I began as a REALTOR in 1978 and earned my broker license in 1980..was co-owner of The Real Estate Store in Edgewater, FL...owned my own office, Nichols Real Estate which I sold to Real Estate One/Keyes. Ran an office of 78 agents for Real Estate One/ Keyes.

Goodwin Realty & Associates was formed in 1973 by Linda Goodwin-Nichols. She is still the owner. We not only SELL condos and single family homes, but also commercial development shopping centers,raw vacant land and apartment complexes. We were a main player for RTC in our market We do many commercial leases in the area.
