| Let me introduce you to Solivita, an 55+ adult community
close to the Orlando attractions. Solivita is a community of beautiful
new homes, a unique Mediterranean village center, brand new Palms
Amenity Complex encompassing a variety of activities, two stunning
golf courses and state-of-the-art fitness centers. My Realtor husband,
Richard Davies,and I work as a team, specializing in this community.
As residents of Solivita since 2001, we enjoy the active lifestyle

| I bring to my Real Estate Career a successful financial
and human relations background. As part of a Fortune 500 medical
device corporation for 20 years I held positions of increasing responsibility.
Prior to leaving my New Jersey hometown I held the executive position
of Director of Human Resource Operations. As such I developed and
installed human resource systems. These systems involved personnel
records, payroll, all ERISA plans including pension, health and
welfare benefits, and savings plans. To accomplish this I travelled
worldwide meeting with executives and employees to gain an understanding
of their needs. Additionally, I managed the administration of these
systems with a staff of approximately 30 associates for 20,000 employees
worldwide |

| I hold an MBA in Finance, and a BS in Accounting from
Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. Received TWIN (Tribute
to Women in Industry) Award. TWIN is a nationally recognized organization
that honors women who have made outstanding contributions to their
